These partners and stakeholders will have an understanding of the commercial and community benefits that an opportunity of this nature brings.

They will also who have a passion for building a business whilst minimising their carbon footprint, helping the environment and contributing to sustainability

Farmers wishing to diversify that already for example have an existing farm shop or other on site business such as a petting zoo.

Local Council authorities that wish to have dedicated baby and children swimming teaching facilities but want flexibility as to location so as not to permanently tie up a piece of land that my have future uses, such as housing.

Other providers of care or children's sports that may wish to have a swimming facility i.e. schools or football clubs.

Supermarkets and Garden Centres with sufficient parking that may wish to diversify further.
