3.  Modular changing rooms and shower/toilet facility each block measuring 8m x 3m. Connection between the changing rooms and swimming pool building via a stairs and optional wheelchair lift. Variety of interior and exterior finishes available.  

4. Modular office/ leisure/ shop/ café facility measuring 4m x 3m or 8m x 3m. Variety of interior and exterior finishes available.  

5. The Little Swim Club baby and children swimming teaching business fully operational and ready-to-go either managed locally through a franchise or directly by The Little Swim Club Group HQ in Hook.

6. Carbon neutral pack (available late 2022) to minimise impact on the environment and reduce carbon footprint.  Use of solar panels, intelligent management general control (iMGC) system, grid linked inverters, battery storage and rainwater harvesting system .  Can be retrofitted at a later date if required.
